Where pets are family.

“This is an excellent veterinary practice. Dr. Miller is a very talented surgeon. My Persian cat, Jack, was born with a very flat face. This greatly obstructed breathing through his nose and caused him to have constant sinus infections. I searched several vets for help to try to surgically enlarge his nostrils and help him breathe. Durham Animal Hospital was the only practice that agreed to see him. They also did the surgery and it massively improved his quality of life. The price for the surgery was thousands of dollars less than I was expecting to pay considering how difficult it would be to perform the surgery on such a small face. Jack has other chronic health problems and they have been very accommodating to help him on short notice.”

“I took my dogs to Dr. Miller and the staff at Durham Animal Hospital for many years, from when they were puppies to their last breath. My dogs lived to be 16 and 18 years old. They got their preventative care and treatments from DAH. Dr Miller’s assessments of my dogs was always spot on and treatment options were discussed before making decisions. Everyone at DAH treated us with kindness and respect. Thank you for being such exceptional care providers to my little ones.”

“Dr. Miller and his team are incredible! Jason on the Admin team is the absolute best. They are all so accommodating and genuinely caring. I switched to them on a day’s notice after receiving subpar vet care and customer service at a place down the road, and they instantly made us feel so well cared for! Cannot recommend them enough!”

“Dr. Miller saved my rescue dog Sparkles after she chewed up a glove and blocked her stomach. He worked til 9:00 at night to save her life, she wasn’t going to survive without surgery. He told me not to worry, he had done plenty of these surgeries. He is a true blessing and I can’t say enough about him. He is not about the money like so many vets. God sent Dr. Miller in my opinion because otherwise, Sparkles wouldn’t be here.”

“Dr. Miller and his staff are fantastic! Highly recommend them. We have an extremely anxious dog and have had to shop around for a vet. Every staff member is extremely patient and caring. They take their time with her and make sure she’s sedated and comfortable, even though it takes so, so much longer than any other normal vet visit should.”

“We usually see Dr. Miller at his other location but had to bring our dog to Durham Animal Hospital for emergency surgery today. The whole team was kind, caring, and compassionate and took such good care of our very sick dog. Dr. Miller is an incredibly knowledgeable and skilled veterinarian. He takes the time to explain everything and answers your questions so that you can make decisions. I have always felted respected and supported by Dr. Miller even when we had to make hard decisions. We are truly fortunate to have Dr. Miller and his team as an option for our furry family members!”
