I have heard horror stories about things people have experienced at vets, so when we moved to Greensboro (45 min away) there was no question in my mind we would be making that drive to take our pets to the same vet my parents have for years. I trust Dr. Miller implicitly with my babies and he has never shown anything but kindness, expert knowledge, and the willingness to do anything it would take to care of my animals as if they were his own. I’m so grateful to have wormed my way into his practice via my folks 🙂. Also, it should be mentioned that the first person you’ll see when you go into the office is Debby, who might be the loveliest human alive. She will instantly help ease any of your anxiety or fear. If you could tell from the rest of this review, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Miller and his team to anyone and will continue to bring our pets here for care.”

“This is an excellent veterinary practice. Dr. Miller is a very talented surgeon. My Persian cat, Jack, was born with a very flat face. This greatly obstructed breathing through his nose and caused him to have constant sinus infections. I searched several vets for help to try to surgically enlarge his nostrils and help him breathe. Durham Animal Hospital was the only practice that agreed to see him. They also did the surgery and it massively improved his quality of life. The price for the surgery was thousands of dollars less than I was expecting to pay considering how difficult it would be to perform the surgery on such a small face. Jack has other chronic health problems and they have been very accommodating to help him on short notice.”

“First off, I want to say how amazing Dr. Miller and his staff are. I’m a first-time pet owner and have no clue what I’m doing in regards to caring for a pet. My sweet Nebula has been going to the Durham Animal Hospital since we brought her home. On our first visit, she took a liking to Dr. Miller and his staff immediately! She loved everyone and wanted everyone to give her some love! Dr. Miller is super informative and very down to earth; he makes me feel like any questions or concerns I have are not silly and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything to us. What’s even better is that if there is anything that we are truly concerned about, he isn’t too quick to give medicine; he will tell us all kinds of alternatives to things we can try to do. We have been very lucky to have found them. Every time we go, they are always too happy to see our sweet girl, and they don’t mind her excitement; they also let our human babies be themselves while in their office. I cannot describe how satisfied we are with the vet care they provide. I could not have had better luck in finding them.”

“Dr. Miller saved my rescue dog Sparkles after she chewed up a glove and blocked her stomach. He worked til 9:00 at night to save her life, she wasn’t going to survive without surgery. He told me not to worry, he had done plenty of these surgeries. He is a true blessing and I can’t say enough about him. He is not about the money like so many vets. God sent Dr. Miller in my opinion because otherwise, Sparkles wouldn’t be here.”
