Here is a list of things you can bring to help your first visit go smoothly:
- Fill out our “New client” form online or print and bring in a copy
- Patient’s medical records
- Any vaccine history you may have from a breeder, adoption agency, or humane society
- Information about your pet’s diet and/or medication
- A fresh stool sample (no more than 4 hours old)
