First visits are all about getting to know each other, with the goal of helping you and your pets feel comfortable and establishing a lasting relationship.

Here is a list of things you can bring to help your first visit go smoothly:

  • Fill out our “New client” form online or print and bring in a copy
  • Patient’s medical records
  • Any vaccine history you may have from a breeder, adoption agency, or humane society
  • Information about your pet’s diet and/or medication
  • A fresh stool sample (no more than 4 hours old)

If you have any questions about your pet’s first veterinary visit, give us a call at (919) 620-7387
