We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Veterinary Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face and voice of our veterinary hospital.
Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
Veterinary CSR Job Description:
Durham Animal Hospital is a full-service, single-doctor small animal practice. We offer a fun-loving, yet professional atmosphere.
Responsibilities include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, processing payments, assisting the veterinarian and vet assistants, pharmacy duties, and processing medical records. Experience with Avimark practice management software is a plus!
Must be available to work Monday-Friday and some Saturdays. Occasional shift coverage at our sister hospital, North Churton Animal Hospital in Hillsborough, NC, may be necessary.
Candidates must be enthusiastic, motivated, quick learners with excellent communication skills. Previous experience is preferred; however, we will train the right person.
